Sunset Memorial Park handles refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of memorial services and products:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
